Time Management


In Time management is the most frequently discussed goal setting. This objective is recorded and can be broken up into; project, operating plans, or other simple task list. The activities are then assessed and analyzed based on urgency and importance, priorities assigned, as well as the completion deadline. This process produces a plan with a task list or a schedule of activities. Routine tasks and repetitive given the frequent lack of focus and do not have the free time to work on other tasks that contribute to the more important goals.

This entire process must be supported by a set of skills possessed by workers, which should include personal motivation, delegation skills, organization tools, and crisis management at least understand.
